April 2001 Since the last update the project has proceeded very slowly. Tyres are now fitted to both rims and an old "scrambler" bantam purchased. The purchased bike has a 1949 frame (to replace my incorrect 1950 frame) and the engine appears to have a working gearchange shaft. I am presently waiting for the last load of painting to be finished before re-assembly commences. |
