The engine still progresses slowly. Cylinder is back after the rebore. New piston and rings arrived. Big end and crankshaft still being repaired.

I've been at work sandblasting and applying etch primer - not long until we see that first coat of mist green!

The rear hub doesn't look so good now we can see it up close. Some straightening to be done here.

The front hub, fork leg caps, mudguard stay clamps. Blasted and undercoated with etch primer.



 

First trip to the chrome plater. Handlebars, fork legs, petrol cap. The wheel rims are being stripped at the same time.
